Firstly I want to say a massive thank you for your patience and support! I am sorry that the booking process has been so difficult and often tedious but trying to navigate the ever changing government restrictions and lack of clarity have been unbelievably difficult circumstances in which to run a business! Before the pandemic the booking process was a lot more straightforward and enjoyable, I promise! I have over 120 wonderful clients some of which have had to postpone their weddings up to 5 times in the past year. Some clients have needed to have 3+ "pencilled" wedding dates in my diary at any one time. Some clients have had to cut wedding guest numbers drastically which then means their wedding party numbers have gone down, other clients have added people to their original bookings and now need extra artists from my Pro team to attend their wedding. I have 8 Pro artists on my team which have their own private clients, so syncing all of our diaries to ensure that all wedding bookings are covered has been an enormous challenge. After the roadmap was announced I contacted all my clients to ask for final confirmed wedding dates. This has now been completed except for a few clients that are waiting for new postponement dates from their venues. Please keep me in the loop when picking a new wedding date, I am happy to give you instant availability over whatsapp to ensure that I am available on your wedding date. We are getting there i'm pleased to say! I have set up a brand new appointment booking system on an app called Timely. I hope that you will find it easy to use and enjoy the ease of having your own account and personalised invoices.
2021 Clients Please book your trial to fall between the dates of the 12th of April and the 20th of June 2021. Any trials requested outside of these dates will not be confirmed. The trial balance will be invoiced to you to pay at a later date but before your trial date. This is so that I can tailor each clients invoice with the correct information. The app will ask for your card details but you will not be charged anything initially. You will be able to pay your invoice when it is sent to you. If you cancel your trial within 24 hours of the trial time you will be charged 50% of the trial cost as a cancellation fee. Please make sure that you include your trial address when making your booking. I only require that the Bride has a trial, anyone else that would like to have a trial is very welcome to but that choice is yours. If you would like to book a trial in with another artist please let me know separately. I will consult the other artist and book you in but the date might be different to the Brides trial with Kirsty if the availability of artists does not sync up. If Kirsty gets a request to do a wedding on the date when your trial is booked, your trial may have to move to an earlier/later time that day or you might be asked to choose a different trial date. Weddings always take priority over trials as i'm sure you understand. Once you have booked your trial, I will confirm your request if the date and time is suitable. Then I will add your wedding date to your Timely account and you will get a message from the app to confirm this. Please understand that It will take time for me to carry out this process, I will work as quickly as I can to ensure everyone is booked in and I can answer any questions that you may have. 2022 Clients: As i'm sure you can understand I need to prioritise my 2021 clients at this point in time. I want to spend time making sure that they are all booked in correctly and have all the information and support that they need from me. But I need you to know that you are important and that I care about each of you. Your weddings are all secure in my diary unless I am waiting to hear from you regarding your postponement. I will open up the trial booking system to you all on the 12th of July. Trials will then commence from the 30th of Sept 2021 through to 30th April 2022. If you have any questions before July please don't hesitate to contact me.
